I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and have developed my own style of using Hypnosis in childbirth

Each class is one on one and can be done in person (Portland, Oregon area) or via Zoom.  One on One teaching allows the benefit to of using hypnosis in pregnancy, birth and postpartum, to be specifically detailed to you.

Hypnobirthing can be started at any time, even before pregnancy.  One Key to the success of using this is, practice.

Hypnobirth sessions usually last 1 hours and usually consist of  3-4 sessions.   

Practice MP3's are also included to be used throughput your pregnancy.

Each session is $90 and the MP3's are complimentary
